IS IT A QUOTE OR AN ORDER?

QUOTE: CALLED FOR PRICING - DID NOT PUT DOWN DEPOSIT.

ORDER: TOTAL OF INVOICE HAS BEEN DETERMINED, DATE HAS BEEN SCHEDULED, EQUIPMENT RESERVED, DEPOSIT PUT DOWN.

IT IS NOT AN ORDER AND YOUR DATE/EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS PUT DOWN.

DEPOSIT WILL BE BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER PROVIDING THE MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED IN THE PROPER CONDITION AND ON TIME.

YOU MUST MEASURE YOUR YARD BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FOR A TENT. A MINIMUM ADDITIONAL 3' PER SIDE IS REQUIRED FOR STAKED TENTS (FOR EXAMPLE, A 20' x 20' TENT WOULD REQUIRE 26' x 26' OF GRASS SPACE), IF WE ARRIVE AND THE TENT YOU ORDERED WILL NOT FIT IN YOUR AREA, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO RETURN WITH AN APPROPRIATE TENT, IF AVAILABLE. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL ALSO APPLY IF WE HAVE TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP TO DELIVER OR PICK UP EQUIPMENT. 

STAKED TENTS ARE FOR GRASS ONLY. IF TENT IS GOING ON CEMENT/CONCRETE (OVER DRIVEWAY, PATIO, IN A PARKING LOT), A FRAME TENT MUST BE ORDERED.

PARTY TIME RENTAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS OR ANY UNDERGROUND UTILITY SERVICES.

DELIVERIES OF EQUIPMENT ARE MADE TO FIRST FLOOR ONLY, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE - ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE APPLIED FOR STAIRS OR OTHER THAN FIRST FLOOR DELIVERIES.

 

PLEASE CALL FOR AN APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME. SOMEONE MUST BE THERE TO MEET OUR DRIVER AND SIGN FOR EQUIPMENT. IF THERE IS NO ONE AT THE LOCATION, OUR DRIVER WILL NOT WAIT AND AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED, IF WE ARE ABLE TO RETURN.

TABLES AND CHAIRS WILL BE STACKED ON DELIVERY AND MUST BE RE-STACKED (BY CUSTOMER) FOR PICKUP. PLEASE COUNT AND INSPECT YOUR EQUIPMENT UPON DELIVERY.

DISHES AND ANY FOOD SERVICE ITEMS MUST BE RINSED FREE OF FOOD AND MUST BE PLACED IN CRATES OR BOXES IN WHICH THEY WERE DELIVERED. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT IF ITEMS ARE NOT RINSED, OR CRATES/BOXES ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED.

FEES

A MINIMUM $40.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS, AND MUST BE PAID AT TIME ORDER IS PLACED. BALANCE OF INVOICE (FOR DELIVERY ORDERS) MUST BE PAID NO LESS THAN (3) DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE. IF INVOICE IS NOT PAID IN FULL, YOUR EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.

PARTY TIME RENTALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY NECESSARY PERMITS. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

ANY CANCELLATION LESS THAN TEN DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT. CANCELLATION LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ALL MONIES PAID.

DELIVERY FEES WILL BE DETERMINED DURING QUOTE OR ORDERING PROCESS.

CUSTOMER PICKUP (CUSTOMERS PICKING UP EQUIPMENT AT OUR OAK PARK WAREHOUSE)

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID MICHIGAN DRIVER'S LICENSE IN ORDER TO PICK UP RENTAL EQUIPMENT (IT MUST BE A MICHIGAN DRIVER'S LICENSE, NOT AN ID CARD). NEW CUSTOMERS WILL NEED A MAJOR CREDIT CARD (ACTUAL PAYMENT CAN BE MADE WITH CASH OR DEBIT CARD - WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER).

FOR WEEKEND EVENTS, EQUIPMENT CAN BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 9 AND 4:30 ON FRIDAY OR 9-1:30 ON SATURDAY. EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9 AND 5.

WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HAVE YOU VISIT OUR SHOWROOM, BUT IF YOU ARE NOT PICKING UP OR RETURNING EQUIPMENT, PLEASE VISIT (OR CALL) ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY. FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND MONDAY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY AND WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU OUR FULL ATTENTION AND ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS.
